PortaCount Mask Integrity Testing System ™ The respirator 8048 and mask protection evaluation testing system can quickly detect leaks from gas masks and commercial respirators, ensuring maximum personnel safety. MITA uses a respirator suitability tester as a particle detector for aerosol leak testing to evaluate the integrity of the mask. Under negative pressure and constant current conditions, the mask was tested on a full head mold equipped with an enhanced bag sealing system, which can provide complete sealing for most types and sizes of gas masks and full face respirators. The full head model configuration allows the use of face masks and headbands, which can simulate practical applications in real life and provide more accurate measurement results.

Principle:
