1范围
本文件界定了具有抗菌、除菌、净化功能的家用和类似用途电动洗衣机的术语和定义,规定了卫生安全性和功能要求,以及标志要求,描述了相应的试验方法。
本文件适用于器具上或使用说明中明示具有抗菌、防霉、除菌除螨、除过敏原除病毒、除异味等的一种或多种功能的家用和类似用途洗衣机(以下简称"洗衣机”)的生产、检验和销售等。
本文件不适用于:
——普通型半自动洗衣机的生产、检验和销售等;
——洗干一体机的干衣功能的检验。

3术语和定义
GB/T 21551.1、QB/T 5958-2023界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。.

衰减除菌率microbial reduction decay rate
按明示或规定的次数或时间，连续运行除菌程序后的除菌率。
4技术要求
4.1 卫生安全性要求
4.1.1 整机卫生安全要求
洗衣机本身所产生的有害物质应符合表1的要求。

注1:臭氧泄漏量测试适用于具有产生臭氧装置的洗衣机。
注2:紫外线指C波段紫外线,波长范围为200nm~280nm,简称UVC;紫外线泄漏量测试适用于具有紫外线装置的洗衣机。
注3:排水银离子质量浓度测试适用于具有银离子装置的洗衣机。
4.1.2零部件卫生安全要求
明示具有抗菌功能且在洗衣机使用过程中与人体密切接触的材料或其制成的零部件,应符合GB/T 21551.1中相关卫生安全性要求。
4.2抗菌、除菌、净化功能要求
4.2.1材料和零部件功能要求
明示具有抗菌、防霉功能的材料或含有上述功能材料的零部件,其抗菌率、防霉等级应符合GB/T 21551.2的要求。
4.2.2整机功能要求
4.2.2.1 除菌功能要求
明示具有减少或去除特定细菌功能的洗衣机,对该细菌的除菌率不应小于96.0%。
明示具有减少或去除特定真菌功能的洗衣机,对该真菌的除菌率不应小于90.0%。
明示除细菌程序能够运行次数或时间的洗衣机，连续运行明示次数或时间后,对该细菌的衰减除菌率应符合表2的要求。
Antimicrobial and cleaning function of household and similar electrical appliances – Part 5: Particular requirements for electric washing machine
1 Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions, hygienic safety and functional requirements, as well as marking requirements, and corresponding test methods for household and similar electric washing machine with antimicrobial and cleaning function.
This document is applicable to the production, inspection and sale of household and similar washing machine (hereinafter referred to as "washing machine") with one or more functions, such as antibacterial, preventing mildew, microbial reduction and dust mite reduction, allergen reduction, virus reduction, odor reduction, etc. which are indicated on appliances or in instructions for use.
This document is not applicable to:
——Production, inspection and sales of ordinary semi-automatic washing machines;
——Inspection of drying function of all-in-one washing and drying machine.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 21551.1 and QB/T 5958-2023 and the following apply.

microbial reduction rate after running the microbial reduction procedure continuously according to the indicated or specified number or time
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Requirements for hygienic safety
4.1.1 Requirements for hygienic safety of complete machines
The hazardous substances generated by the washing machine shall meet those specified in Table 1.

Note 1: The ozone leakage amount test is applicable to washing machines with ozone generating devices.
Note 2: Ultraviolet rays refer to C-band ultraviolet rays (UVC), with the wavelength range of 200 nm to 280 nm. The ultraviolet leakage amount test is applicable to washing machines with ultraviolet devices.
Note 3: The drainage silver ion mass concentration test is applicable to washing machines with silver ion devices.
4.1.2 Requirements for hygienic safety of parts
Materials or parts made of them that are indicated to have antimicrobial function and in close contact with human body in use of washing machines shall meet the relevant requirements for hygienic safety in GB/T 21551.1.
4.2 Requirements for antimicrobial and cleaning function
4.2.1 Requirements for functions of materials and parts
For materials indicated to have antimicrobial, preventing-mildew, or parts made of materials with the above functions, the antiallergenic rate and preventing-mildew level shall meet the requirements of GB/T 21551.2.
4.2.2 Requirements for functions of complete machines
4.2.2.1 Requirements for microbial reduction function
For the washing machines indicated to have the functions of reducing or removing the specific microbe, the microbial reduction rate shall not be less than 96.0%.
For the washing machines indicated to have the functions of reducing or removing the specific fungus, the microbial reduction rate shall not be less than 90.0%.
For the washing machines with running number and time of microbial reduction procedures indicated, and after the number and time are indicated for continuous running, the microbial reduction decay rate shall meet those specified in Table 2.
