1 范围

本文件规定了合金内氧化工艺(包括内氧化工艺和预氧化工艺)制造的银氧化镉、银氧化锌、银氧化铜等银金属氧化物片状电触头(以下简称“电触头”)的要求、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存,描述了相应的检测方法。

本文件适用于合金内氧化工艺制造的银氧化镉、银氧化锌、银氧化铜等银金属氧化物片状电触头,这些产品主要应用于各种低压开关电器。

2 规范性引用文件

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本( 包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 术语和定义

GB/T 2900.4界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。

4 要求

4.1 外观

电触头产品表面应无裂纹、鼓泡、缺边、缺角与目视可见凹陷及斑点,电触头产品厚度不大于1 mm其边缘毛刺高度不应超过0.03mm,电触头产品厚度大于1mm毛刺高度不应超过0.05mm。银金属氧化物电触头产品的焊接面与工作面目视无法区分时,应有标记,有特殊要求时,由供需双方协商决定。

4.2 尺寸公差、标注

电触头的尺寸公差、标注应符合GB/T 5587的规定,或由供需双方协商决定。

4.3 化学成分

电触头的化学成分应符合表1的规定,或由供需双方协商决定。

Technical specification for silver-metaloxide electrical contacts by alloy internal oxidation method

1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of silver metaloxide sheet electrical contacts (hereinafter referred to as "electrical contacts") such as silver-cadmium oxide, silver-zinc oxide and silver-copper oxide manufactured by alloy internal oxidation process (including internal oxidation process and pre-oxidation process), and describes the corresponding testing methods.

This document is applicable to silver metaloxide sheet electrical contacts such as silver-cadmium oxide, silver-zinc oxide and silver-copper oxide manufactured by alloy internal oxidation process, which are mainly used in various low-voltage switching appliances.

3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 2900.4 apply.

4 Requirements

4.1 Appearance

The surface of the electrical contact product shall be free from cracks, bubbles, missing edges, missing corners, visible depressions and spots. The thickness of the electrical contact product shall not exceed 1mm, and the burr height of the edge shall not exceed 0.03mm. The burr height of the electrical contact product shall not exceed 0.05mm if the thickness of the electrical contact product is greater than 1mm. When the welding surface and working surface of silver-metaloxide electrical contact products are visually indistinguishable, they shall be marked. If there are special requirements, they shall be decided by negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser.

4.2 Dimensional tolerances and notations

The dimensional tolerances and notations of the electrical contacts shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5587, or shall be decided by negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser.

4.3 Chemical composition

The chemical composition of the electrical contact shall meet the requirements of Table 1, or shall be decided by negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser.
